The goal of the project is to build a comfortable fivestar hotel in the Kołobrzeg healthresort with conference facilities, wellness & spa, hotel part and recreational and wellness services.
BALTIC SPA will be a modern and exclusive complex of highstandard hotel buildings (10floors), located in a green spa zone, near wide, sandy beaches, bicycle and walking
trails, not far from the city centre.
The building complex will consist of three buildings, including a hotel and two
residential buildings.
The hotel consists of: 132 double rooms, 64 double rooms (family rooms), 15 double
rooms, 30 single-room apartments, 15 two-room apartments
TOTAL: 241 housing units
Residential buildings consist of: 18 double rooms with tea cuisine, 108 apartments
with one bedroom and tea cuisine
TOTAL 126 housing units
In addition, the hotel offer has been extended with several luxury restaurants, bars, cafés and multipurpose conference rooms. In addition, the hotel has a VIP club,
bowling alley and exclusive SPA centre with a complex of saunas and swimming pools and extensive facilities for treatments and recreation.
