Project Golf Larun
Valuable architectural heritage, favourable geographical position, mild climate and 112 hectares of available land, make an ideal location for the construction of a luxury sports-touristic complex.
The project foresees the construction of 18-holes golf course, two driving ranges, a club house and a golf academy, commercial and service facilities, along with 1.200 lodging units in top class hotel, holiday apartments and villas. As the result of leadership of the M Chanaan consulting team for the project management, the Larun Golf Project is being at a final planning development stage (the urban development plan and the environmental impact study are adopted).
Development Project Golf Špin
This vacant land and yet very attractive and excellently connected 158 hectares area between Poreč and Novigrad is intended for the construction of one golf course and lodging capacities within the Project of Tar-Stancija Špin. The area intended for construction of a 27-holes golf course with accompanying facilities lies on a slightly hilly terrain reaching 90 meters above the sea level. The 900 top class lodging units are foreseen by the sea and Tarska Vala bay. The existing physical plan sets the pre-requirements for realization of the project so it is possible to proceed with detailed planning and project documents drafting.
Development Project Santa Marina
The area located by the Santa Marina Bay is distinguished by immediate vicinity of the sea, amazing views and a valuable well preserved forest vegetation. It is intended for the construction of a tourist village with 350 beds, a hotel and top class villas at only 100 meters away from the Sea. This attractive 15 hectares building area has great development opportunities with the nearby planned Larun golf course and various touristic facilities in the surrounding area.
